Privacy Policy

This site is run by JS Media ("we", "us"), the team behind the Beyond the Dead YouTube channel. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you buy DEAD READY, payment and delivery are handled by Whop. Whop collects your name, email address and payment details; we receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver the book, provide support and process refunds. We never see or store your full card number.

If you download the free checklist or join our email list, we collect your email address to send you survival tips and updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

The survival quiz runs in your browser. Your answers aren't stored or sent to us.

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The Whop checkout may use cookies needed to process your order; see Whop's privacy policy.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase, answer your questions, process refunds, and (if you opted in) send you emails. We don't sell your information.

Access, correction and complaints

Email contact@thebeyondthedead.com to access or correct your information, to be removed from our list, or to make a privacy complaint. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
